Juvavum AB is an owner led advisory firm based in Stockholm. We work with proprietors, boards and family held companies at company level: strategy and governance, financing, controlling and reporting, and the preparation of transactions.

Portfolio strategy over the medium and long term, decision processes, internal organisation, and the preparation of shareholder resolutions.

Capital structure, refinancing, preparation and conduct of bank discussions, liquidity planning and cash management at company level.
Controlling & Reporting
Internal reporting, key figure systems and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Transactions
Acquisitions and disposals, coordination of review processes, negotiation support, and the steering of external legal and tax advisers.
Juvavum advises at company level. Work tied to an individual property, letting and tenant relations, property management and accounting, site supervision, planning and single asset valuation, stays with the client and its own specialists.

Every mandate opens with a sober view of what is actually achievable. We say early on what argues against a plan, and we say it to the owner rather than to the minutes.
Confidentiality is the ground the work stands on. Names, figures and intentions stay within the circle of those involved, after completion as well.
